About Ashdale Projects 

Ashdale Projects was founded by Nigel Ribbons in 2010 with a simple goal: to provide clients with a more personal, transparent and professionally managed construction experience. 

 

With more than 30 years of experience delivering residential and commercial projects across the UK, Nigel understands that successful construction is about far more than bricks and mortar. It is about building trust, understanding each client's vision and ensuring every stage of a project is delivered with care, attention to detail and clear communication. 

 

Over the years, Nigel has helped homeowners transform and extend their properties, sensitively restore period and listed buildings, and create bespoke living spaces tailored to their individual needs. His practical expertise, meticulous approach, and commitment to quality have helped establish Ashdale Projects as a trusted name for delivering exceptional results. 

 

Since its inception, the business has continued to grow, with the latest addition to the team being Nigel’s son, Harvey, who joined in September 2025 to complete the final year of his Degree Apprenticeship in Quantity Surveying & Commercial Management. Now fully qualified, he brings strong cost awareness and a fresh, practical approach to project delivery. 

 

Today, Nigel continues to lead Ashdale Projects with the same values on which the company was founded: professionalism, integrity and outstanding client service. Clients value his honest advice, practical problem-solving approach and ability to guide them confidently through what can often be a complex process - all underpinned by a genuine commitment to delivering projects that exceed expectations.
