Bungalow Refurbishment 

This bungalow will be stripped back to its shell before the layout is remodelled. Initial works will involve the removal of asbestos and widening the driveway to improve access for trades during the project and for our client, once it is complete. The renovation will include the installation of various energy saving measures - an air source heat pump, solar panels and electric car charger -as well as underfloor heating, a new kitchen and bathrooms, and replacement doors and windows. Electrical and plumbing alterations, along with redecoration, will complete the refurbishment, leaving the home ready for our clients to move in.
